These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viaduco mobile application (the “App”), developed by Engly Inc. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Use of the App
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Mental Health Support Disclaimer
The Viaduco App provides tools based on evidence-based psychological methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for self-guided mental health support. However:
Informational Use Only: The App is intended for informational and self-reflective purposes only.
Not Medical Advice: It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical care, and is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
No Therapist-Client Relationship: Use of the App does not establish any form of therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship.
Seek Professional Help When Needed: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
User Responsibilities
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
Use the App in any manner that could disrupt, damage, or impair its functionality.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engly Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use or misuse of the App;
Reliance on any tools, prompts, or insights provided through the App;
Any interruption or unavailability of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App, and the updated version will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
